Neron is a demon from Hell.
According to DCU Villains: Secret Files & Origins (April 1999), his "powers are virtually limitless. He has raised the dead, warped reality, and increased scores of super-villains' powers."
Neron is responsible for the death of Wonder Woman, which led to her ascension as the Goddess of Truth. (Wonder Woman v2 #124)
