Injustice: Gods Among Us is a versus fighting game featuring Wonder Woman and other characters from DC Comics. It is modeled after the Mortal Kombat style of games, and loosely follows Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe which also featured Wonder Woman as a playable character. It was followed by a sequel, Injustice 2, in 2017, and launched a franchise reaching out beyond video games into several comic book titles, action figures, and other merchandise, as well as an animated movie released in 2021.
