Elizabeth Marston Prince is the daughter of Wonder Woman in a possible future.
Using the moniker Trinity, and called Lizzie by her friends, she wields the Three Lassos of Fate: silver, gold (the Lasso of Truth), and black. Having known Jon Kent and Damien Wayne since she was a child, she considers them family, and serves with them (filling the roles of the future Superman and Batman) as the leader of the Justice League. (Wonder Woman #800)
In her debut story, "Trinity," Lizzie recruits Superman and Batman to assist with a quest inside a Greek cave that will test their thresholds of pain, skill, and honor. These trials protect what she calls "the cruelest prison in creation" where an unnamed sovereign is held captive. Upon her arrival, the man recognizes that (the) Trinity has been "forged" and she walks among mortal men. He claims to have been present at her beginning with her mother and father, the true story of which has been denied her and is the very reason she has sought him out. (Wonder Woman #800)
Lizzie is one of several characters who has gone by the Wonder Girl moniker. (Wonder Woman v6 #8)
Notes[]
- The character is named after the wife of Wonder Woman creator William Moulton Marston, Elizabeth Holloway, who is often credited with contributing to the creation of Wonder Woman. Her last name is a reference to Wonder Woman's sometime secret identity, Diana Prince.
