Charlie is a member of the black ops A.R.G.U.S. field regiment, the Oddfellows.
Hailing from Scotland, Charlie was enlisted in the British Army where he refined his skills as a sniper. He suffers from panic attacks which can impede his marksmanship. Otherwise, he's said to have the steadiest hand in the business so long as he's been drinking.
